Bhd.(hereinafter referred to as ”ZhanCheng”) and the Company’s board of directors on April 29, 2024, approving the estimated total construction cost for the hotel project at Melingsung in Sabah, Malaysia at the amount of RM$1,050,000 thousand(after tax), and the board authorizes the Executive Director of ZhanCheng, Mr. Chou Chun-Chi, to negotiate related conditions of construction of contracts with others. The contract shall be handled in accordance with Zhancheng's procurement regulations and approval authority.
