4.Reciprocal shareholding ratios:not applicable
5.Cause of occurrence:As An-Sin Real Estate Management Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as An-Sin”), a subsidiary which the Company’s holds the 51% of ownership, needs to update the Escrow system for its undertaking the business of Escrow for the Company and has the need to apply for an additional credit line of guarantee from the bank, the Company provides an endorsement guarantee limit of no more than NT$ 2.6 billion. As the Escrow system has been successfully converted, An-sin applied to the Company to cancel the guarantee after evaluation.
6.Countermeasures:Transaction conditions and other relevant information will be announced and be written off from a register.
