5.Cause of occurrence:Sinyi Development Inc. proposed to invest in an acquisition of land in the Taipei metro area for self-development or joint development with others. The Company approved that the total investment costs of land acquisition and construction shall not exceed NT$4.2 billion. The Chairman, Mr. Chou Chun-Chi of Sinyi Development Inc.was authorized to negotiate the conditions or enter a bid and signing matter with potential counterparties.
