Proposal of a construction budget of the Company’s domestic subsidiary. 4. Proposal of a project budget of the Company’s overseas subsidiary. 5. Proposal of the Company’s computer equipment procurement. 6. The Company proposed to cancel the endorsement/guarantee for its subsidiaries. 7.
